Over the hills and through the woods....
Well, ok...so 30,000 ft. up....
I will be arriving in Chicago at 5:05pm on Friday evening and hopefully one of the first things I see is my Melly's beautiful smiling face! Oh and my oldest son's too! He's got a ride to the airport and will be meeting me there and coming back to Mel's with me so he can surprise his Grandma for Christmas (and see me)...he hasn't seen me in 8 months and hasn't seen his Grandma for almost 2 years.
I'll be going to my mom's on Saturday, my ex-inlaw's Monday so I can see Noah open his presents Christmas morning and then the day after Christmas going back up to Mel's with Noah in tow. I'll have money to rent a car for that. Then I come back to Kentucky on Sunday evening. It will be a welcome respite. Kennie loves me, this much I know. But he is certainly one wild roller coaster of a man. Good Lord! We'll be doing what I think is fabulous and he suddenly has a day of cold feet. Well, I told him if this isn't what he wants let me know and I'll get out of his hair and he's not put me out yet. lol MEN! ARGH!
