Why am I not surprised?
An update to the credit card saga that I posted about 2 weeks ago...
"They" sent me a letter last week, this one had yet another 1300 number on it, but at least had the same reference number for me to quote. So I called said number today (which had no IVR options or hold time!), quote my reference number, and then they tell me that they can't confirm my income because my payroll department has been ignoring them.
I think I need a big stick.
