A little rant about passwords...
I hate passwords, especially the financial variety where you inevitably have to CALL someone because you forget them (and funnily enough, you can never call them during anything other than business hours).
Of course, if the self-service reset facility worked (instead of timing out), then my account probably wouldn't have become locked in the first place...
