[OH GOD IT'S AN EARTHQUAK- nope it's just a shaky little nation. What's he making? IS THAT A NOOSE? YOU BET DAMN WELL IT'S A NOOSE. Made out of only the finest rope in Discedo, except not but it does have expert knot tying that would make a boyscout proud! AND THEN HE TRIES TO RIP THE LOOP APART. Nah, he's just strengthening the rope and testing it.
He stands and throws the rope at the ceiling. Tying it somehow before bringing up a chair. But as soon as he stands on the chair he soon finds a problem. The noose is too SHORT for him and he can't reach.
Latvia disappears from the view of the screen AND THEN RETURNS SPECTACULARLY with an armful of objects that he can stand on and- placing them on top of the chair he gives this suicide thing one last try.]
Won't care, nobody will...

Looks like Latvia's demise fell short! Again. The shakey little nation just lays there on the floor for a while with the broken noose around his neck and the piles of objects used for the extra height on top of him.
And he nervously starts clawing at his arms muttering in Latvian to himself.]
