[Hello Discedo! There seems to be someone standing over you! Or rather, on your screens. He looks rather familiar if you squint at the screen. Guess who's back? Do you know who it is? Squint harder denizens! Maybe you'll see who it is! I'll give you a hint! He speaks Latvian!]
H-hello? Is anyone here? This definitely isn't Riga... o-or any of my cities, r-really. I mean, we're trying to plan on how to rebuild but, none of the building structures l-look Latvian.
[If you haven't guessed it by now- it's Latvia and he has a headband of bandages wrapped around his head and some plastered to his face. But that's not all that's different about him! He's also carrying a maroon flag with a white stripe in the middle of it and a gun slung on his back.]
Someone-else's house perhaps? But I d-don't remember leaving or planning to visit anyone else This isn't f-funny, whoever is teasing me.
[He sighs, looking a bit annoyed as he glances down and spots the communicator.]
Oops! I didn't m-mean to drop it! I'm not sure how to use it b-but I really need help. If only there was someone around to ask for h-help.
[And if you were really paying attention, you'd notice his stutter is slightly better and his voice isn't as quiet since you last heard from him a week ago. And he may just be a little shorter since you last saw him. Just a little.
