So we are in the middle of a pretty crazy blizzard. I have been holed up in my house for two days, but honestly I am really grateful for the forced vacation. I started the week stressed at everything I had to do, and it's just so funny that life has a way of grabbing your schedule by the balls when you least expect it. I feel bad for those who are stranded somewhere other than home, but very thankful that Channing is safe at home and that all of my friends and family are safe. One of the guys from the dojo was in a wreck yesterday, but made it out with no major injuries. I have been passing the time with cleaning and video games (life is so hard). Last night we walked to the store and bought supplies. That was an adventure, we just finished checking out at Albertsons when the power went out.
Walking back home in the dark was eerie, but strangely serene. There weren't many cars out, we did help one guy get unstuck which was a task.
I am posting some blizzard pics on my myspace page along with Asgard's latest short- SnowBlind which features a sword fight between Jason Coviello and myself. I learned a lot from making it and it didn't turn out half bad, but the next one will be much better.
Anyway, I'm going to get back to vegging out. Stay warm and stay safe everyone!
