Other Judy and I got our annual reviews today. This year it was a breeze. Seems our supervisor has been getting a lot of flack herself lately due to the economy. Plus she seems to be the only supervisor who actually gets their employees evaluations done. So this year she did just a real cursory one. She gave us a form with a couple of questions on it and did nothing more except sign off on our answers. She just didn't care this year. At least it was positive. There have been years when she nit picked apart each and every section of her reviews. Her stress level the last few months has been very high and she says she has almost had it.
On another note the main manager of our co-op talked to me last week about something and then asked me to please stop by one of our accounts last Friday and pick up an envelop (a payment) for him. The cust. can't seem to put a stamp on it and mail. Boss has to drive down from up north to personally pick it up each week. So Yesterday he thanked me for doing it on the way home and would I be willing to continue to stop every Friday. No problem as it is literally on my way home each and every night. I don't mind in the least as long as the customer will have it ready for me. The place was so filled with tobacco smoke that even the 3 minutes I was in there I was hacking and coughing like crazy.
we did not get the snow the cities did. Maybe 2 or so inches over the last few days but that was all. I used the shovel vs. the snow blower this time. Not hard at all. Some days life is good.Be nicer if I was with "Angelsmom" right now in Mexico but thems the brakes.
