Grown up things
I bought my car in 2006. Its the first new car I've ever owned. Despite the accident from a few years ago, and me desperately needing to get the front end painted, my car is in good condition without a lot of miles on it.
I was a bit surprised today when I checked my auto statement and realized that I have about 10 payments left before the car is paid off. That's an automatic $275 a month that will free up for whatever I want, and both J and I will own our cars free and clear. Granted, I do huff a bit now and then about his truck, and every time a new Subarus STI or WRX debuts I mention we could trade his truck in and get a sweet new car. I think I'm content on the car front for now.
