Day 5: Legs and Back

WELP, I have note been eating right or taking care of myself, so I officially "bonked" when I tried to do my workout yesterday. I mean, I had trouble getting up the stairs to my office all day (which are normally no problem for me), so I made a conscious decision to give myself the night off to recuperate. I'm not sure how much of a difference it made... I still feel pretty crappy, but that may have more to do with the fact that I woke up with a migraine and took Vicodin to make it go away. For a while there, I was pretty convinced my head was a marshmallow.

I'm deciding to take tonight off, too. Tomorrow is supposed to be my rest day, so I will probably go for a short run to compensate. I have a bad habit of trying to do too much too fast, getting burnt out, and giving up. I want to be in this for the long haul, so I'm going to take a short break to make sure that happens.

Sunday's agenda: Core Synergistics! Literally the worst workout ever. Hoo boy.
