In which I'm Poor
oh boy lj, it's been a while.
I'm especially poor right now as I watch my second (and last) check go in the mail to pay for the summer cottagey thing for the fabulous no-tech weekend in July. The Man Who Eludes Nicknames (aka: manfriend, partner, boyfriend, BABYCAKES hahaha) has been HINTING about Chicago comic con again... I had an amazingly, overstimulated time at the con last year but... monies!
I'm replaying Kingdoms of Amalur because I love that game. I do really want to replay Psychonauts too. That was my first Double Fine game, they are hilarious and witty.
Still reading Storm of Swords. I paused for a while but now back to it. Watched the recent season on tv so now I know what will basically happen, but still. The additions in the book and changes between the two easily make it enjoyable. Although I do have a TON of other books on my to read list. I don't know if I want to read the new Gaiman before I see him on July 7th. Kinda like building the suspense for the show. And I may be getting the book for free at the show, so.... yeah. Cannot wait to read that one though.
