I saw a condo listed a couple months ago. It was one of the coolest condos I've ever seen. A 1 bedroom loft style condo, all appliances included (with a dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer!!!), custom window treatments, low condo fees, all at a price Chris and I could actually afford!
I had resigned myself that we wouldn't be looking toward buying anything yet, because Christmas was coming up, and we had just bought a new computer for Chris, etc. Plus at such a low price for the ammenities, it surely had been put under deposit by the time -I- saw the listing...
Then today.... WHAT DOTH MINE EYES SEE BUT THAT CONDO AGAIN???? OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG.
I think it's been reduced too, and I now see that there a garage in the deal? And the location is a good middle ground for both me and Chris (we work in like opposite sides of the state).
I think we'd be stupid not to at least go look at it; I just got a raise at work (yes, that much-whatevered 7.5% increase, but it's still more money). And it's still something we can afford. Mom has assured me that she'd be more than happy to kick in some deposit money as long as she was paid back sometime in her lifetime, so... I might take her up on that. Because this is one sweetass pad.
