I am finally back online!!! I didnt get the computer unpacked right away, and once I had it was only to find out that my DSL wasnt working. Upon calling the phone company I had to wait longer with the error eventually being on their end. This however they did not admit to, but I discovered upon not having gotten a call back from the technician

That's awesome that everything's working out so well for you! Sounds like you paid you dues as far as crappy jobs go, so I think you deserve some good luck :)
