Title: Hurdies Like a Distant Hill
Author: rustydog
Characters: Team
Ratings/warnings: rated G with warnings for fluff and crack. No spoilers.
Notes: Written for tw100 challenge 137, Scotland. When I was a wee one, I heard this tall tale and believed it, just a little.

Entering the Hub, the team were met with an eerie drone punctuated by Jack's laughter. In the board room, they found Jack shaking his head in wonder.

On the long table was a fat, fluffy creature, running in circles, its right legs significantly shorter than its left. It trilled to itself over the drone it was emitting.

"They're supposed to be extinct," Jack explained. "The last one was seen in the 1920s near Kinlochewe. Must've come through the Rift."

Owen was unimpressed. "What do we do with it?"

Jack's eyes gleamed. "You haven't had haggis until you've had fresh haggis."
