after 6 years in crappy customer service jobs i finally mouthed off to a customer today. i dont even know where it came from. i wasn't feeling angry or overwhelmed or close to the edge. but this guy came in 2 minutes before close and wanted shaved chicken breast and he just wouldn't get it through his head that we were out of chicken breast. i got very sarcastic and rude with him. it felt weird. i acted like the punkass teenager that he thought i was. it was kind of nice i guess. i never acted like a punkass teenager when i was one. maybe i needed to get it out of my system.
