(no subject)
Hmm. I ate breakfast an hour ago (a fresh fruit cup and hashbrowns from ChickfilA) but now I don't feel like I ate anything!!! All I did in between was shower and shave my legs! *sigh* This is going to be a long morning.
Last month was the month of 3 trips to IL.
We think this month will be the month of 3 groups of houseguests. MUCH better than us driving!!! We have Miss Mary and Miss Lydia coming this week (I'm so excited!), Nick might come the next weekend and Nate's parents are probably coming at the end of the month before harvest. Once they start harvesting they're in the field from before sunup to well after sundown, you don't get weekends off. When is my son due? The middle of harvest. So they're going to try to visit us before he gets here since they might not get here right away after he's born.
OB appt today! Then a quick trip to the consignment store to look for a Boppy, then back to the house for defurring, general cleaning, diaper inventory and writing thank you notes. Hopefully they will all go out in the mail tomorrow!! I really wanted to get to the diaper store, but I don't see that happening.
After today this is going to be a really good week! I get off early on Tuesday to get the ladies, so I only have 7 3/4 days of work left!!!!!!! *happy dance* I'll be so happy to not have to find and wash 3 pairs of work pants every Monday night. I told Nate this weekend that I had done a load so I shouldn't have to scramble around for clothes tonight (like I usually do) and he pointed out that I only work 2 days this week. Whoops. At least I'm prepared!!!
The shower went really really well!! We didn't go to the birthday party yesterday, but it was also apparently drama-free. Woo!
