I’ve finally decided to start a bi-weekly music recommendation segment on my journal. ^__^

Also, I apologize for not having a recommendation for Thursday, so I’ll have two songs this time! :D

I’ve always wanted to share nice music with people, and it makes me happy when people like the songs that I suggest to them. Music is such a huge part of my life, playing inspiration to my writing, my mood, and so much more. By sharing the songs I like, I hope I’ll be sharing something nice with you all. There’s so much nice music out there waiting to be shared! :D Since this will be a new bi-weekly segment, I’ll be having Song of Sunday and Tune of Thursday. I’m sorry for the lame titles, but it’s all I could think of, and Music Mondays has already been taken. Hahaha. :P Please enjoy!

Why the recommendation?

Found out about this song because Seungri made a cover of it, and then I naturally decided to listen to the original song. Oh how I am glad I did. It pretty much is a sad song, but the way Ayaka sings it is simply so heartfelt and touching. It really grips my soul in a way, and the lives of this song are excellent. She conveys emotions so well, and she is able to show the pains of heartbreak and people going on their separate ways, while still holding onto that past love, so well.♥

Why the recommendation?

A song that approaches love in a different way. I really love this song, especially when I heard Alex sing it back when he was on the first season of We Got Married. It pretty talks about a person who wants the person that they love to recognize how he/she feels. It really hit me hard in a way, back when I first heard it (as for why, haha, I don’t want to explain), but I think it’s something that everyone can relate to? Although one may not have experienced exactly what the persona of the song is feeling, there’s something about that sense of longing for another person that I think, is something that’s universal to us all. ♥
