don't ever let me go...
Okay so I just felt the need to update since everyone else did. Here goes....
So we won round 2 of the playoffs! w00t! And next weekend we don't have to go far away at all! It's like 40 minutes away! We're going to Carrolton! So no long-ass bus ride :) Well considering we'll be on buses it might take longer than 40 but I get there around there. And I drive slow. lol. So last night was stupid and way dramatic. We don't really even know why honestly, but it was bad. However, part of me is thankful that some things happened because once you face something like that you can deal with it and get past it. And be proud that you made it, so in the long run, it wasn't too bad. As a whole, life has been pretty decent lately, considering. I'm not really happy about concert band starting because I really don't want to do it, but I must, so I shall. Thank goodness I got Markie to do pep band though! So I won't be miserable ALL winter lol.
I can't wait til Matt comes home!! :) It feels like it's been eternity since I've seen him, even though it's only been a couple weeks since the last time he was here. That will be a very happy and exciting event :)
SOoo what else? Let me see I finished the Scarlet Letter on the bus yesterday *SHWING!* I actually really like that book! I was surprised because that beginning is UBER-BORING but then I got into it and it was good! w00t! I have 3 days to narrow my 10 term paper topics to 3. Ouch. It's gonna be tough. School in its entirety has been swell. I don't feel so majorly bombarded by work & stress right now so yay for that! I know it'll come back that way soon but I'm just enjoying a little down time, that's all.
