Well ladies and gents, I'm here at good old Virginia Tech. So far things have been pretty damn awesome. Yesterday I got moved in, and met my super awesome roommate Erin for the second time ever. We're both messy procrastinators so things are working out just great!! After moving everything in and around, we went to some sort of picnic with some other girls that Erin had met already. Knowing nothing about this event exept that there would be free food, you can bet your sweet ass I was gonna be there.
Turns out, the picnic was just to introduce all the sports teams (plus dance, cheerleading, and the band.. etc...) So Erin and I, being insanely un-school-spirited, loaded our plates with free food and left. I'll admit to having crazy mad pangs of jealousy when I walked by the drum corp.......
Erin and I are going to join the Salsa Club so we can learn to shake our asses properly, and then we will be the hottest bitches in Hillcrest. Heck yeah!!
Today I went to some classes which went just fine, except that I made the mistake of sitting outside the building while waiting for class to start... Note to all future college students: Check "upper thigh area" for ants before sitting down in an hour long lecture when wearing a skirt. Boy can that be distracting...
Now I'm going to take a nap until Erin calls me to get her from the math emporium, and then we are going shopping for Food and Shit. :)
