Yeah, Kiki has been avoiding the subject for a long time. Sebastian can afford to wait, given that he's immortal (time doesn't really bother him), but he's worried about Kiki. Anyway, I know it's mysterious, but it will be explained sometime soon.

Kiki is afraid and she doesn't want to trap Sebastian into something he will regret later (because there is no backing out). She doesn't want to feel terrible about it later. Right now, Sebastian has no plans to tell Kiki about the vision, but he might change his mind about that.
