Happy Thanksgiving!
I wasn't planning on posting today, but the opportunity presented itself so I thought, why not? First up, I got a little surprise package in the mail yesterday from pixiewildflower with some early Christmas presents for my little Pullips! She always spoils them. :P Anyway, I took a photo of Moo and Quin dressed up in their cute new outfits:
Quin's got a skirt and black shirt, Moo is dressed in Little Berry's outfit. I love Little Berry stuff especially...so cute, and it suits Moo very well. I got some other stuff, too, but I'll take photos of that later (with my other little ones, they can enjoy it too). Thank you so much, Pixie! <3
So...the turkey is in the oven and I have some time to spare while waiting to finish the rest of our Thanksgiving meal. I thought I would take a brief few minutes to share what I am thankful for (this will be dolly themed since this is my doll journal, I am thankful for plenty of stuff I won't mention here), take a read if you want...
What I am thankful for (dolly style):
That I discovered doll collecting. Especially Pullips. I might sounds silly, but they inspire my imagination (which is something I highly value). They also give me something to photograph on a regular basis. I have always loved photography but have had trouble in the past finding things to take pictures of.
I appreciate everyone who takes the time to read my silly journal and leave friendly comments. This makes me smile.
That people read my silly photo story saga. I write it to entertain myself but it makes my day when people read it and comment on it, or get excited about it in any way.
Last, but not least, for all the friends I've made through doll collecting! I know we share doll collecting in common but I have found common bonds with a lot of my doll friends besides dolls. Even if we don't have much in common besides dolls, it's fun to enjoy those differences. Thanks for your friendship, it really does mean a lot to me!
