2012 ups and downs
Hey, everyone.
The story that I posted on ff.net is still waiting for me, but life has been kicking my ass more than I could ever predict.
My parents are splitting up and with that comes the search for a new home, a new apartment. Problem is, with the Olimpycs and World Cup, prices are really extreme. So far, the only places we could afford are a two bedroom, meaning I get to share my room with my sister, again. And her boyfriend. It doesn't get more weird than that.
My Mom, last week, cut her finger working. She had a bad reaction in the cut, and had to have surgery. Surgery was yesterday and the doctor found a tumor on her finger. It's been sent to biopsy and I'm really nervous with the result - they'll be ready in 10 or more days, considering it's carnaval in Brazil, so everything will be shut down as of this friday till next week. I'm praying the tumor is begning, my mom has suffered too much already. And she's still waiting for a liver transplant, it would be awful if she was sick on top of that.
The only good news I have to offer, is that I adopted a new cat. She's three months old and when she came to us, she could barely walk. She was on the street and some SOBs kicked her head, causing a lack of equilibrium, so the was always falling when trying to walk. Now, she's fine and running everywhere.
My other cat, is one year and one month old, she's lovely. We still havent managed to make the two of them clash well together. But we will...eventually
