Doctor: No. We actually neutered him last week but his testacles grew back

HONOOOO. That is so incredibly sad. It burns so much to see dogs get put down, especially when they're so loving and naturally forgiving. Sadness. And the cat story was really sad too, but also kinda morbidly funny (SORRY!). Mainly the fact that you didn't notice until it stopped moving. XP

I guess maybe they joke about it as a defense mechanism. Otherwise it'd just be too much, day in and day out.

See, this is why I'm not going to be a vet.

Wow. That must have been tough.

I guess people joke about it so that they don't feel so horrible and unworthy of living after euthanizing an animal...?
