Anime about / set in the time of Meiji Restoration

I've been googling for awhile and I need some help of anime watchers. I need a recommendation of a good PG-13 anime that has an English version that gives a good feeling of the Meiji Restoration, or even talks about Commodore Perry and the Black Ships (around 1868-1912). Anyone have any recommendations?
