My character is trapped in a rather imposing and nasty prison (modelled on the Don Jail, so think lots of stone and cement and no windows). Based on the old jail in Ottawa, yes. But while it's got lots of stone and cement and dates to the same year as the Don Jail, it has lots of windows (and depending on time period, no glass in those windows!). So... um... yeah.
