okay so one of my friends wants to make a home video with me-- one with lots o' fight scenes. I'm totally psyched. However, I can't do the movie at all if I can't get my computer to capture video. I think the problem mainly lies in the fact that I have two sound cards in my box right now, and I think my comp is freaking out. I plan to take one ( Read more... )

isearch sounds like spyware. adware, malware. Something. They're usually installed when you download something form the internet, not knowing what it is, and installing it. Lots of stuff out there is fake like that.

Your computer has been infected with 'spyware' or 'malware'. These programs can be accidentally installed with other programs, or through bad ads on other webpages.

If you search the web using the words "spyware removal" you should find several pages that may provide assistance. ad-aware is a good one, I've heard.

yeah, since i was infected I got spy blaster, adaware, nortin internet security, and something else. They are good about preventing stuff, I guess, but none of them successfully killed i--search.

its cause its one of the most evil.. Spy Sweeper is the only one that will remove it completely. Switching to Mozilla like you did will help, but its not going to make your hard drive happy. It doesnt like to have spy ware in it because it screwes up with all kinds of stuff. You gotta get it removed hun.
