The owner hasn't been around for a few days and when he was I never got the time to talk to him. Until yesterday. The bitch cook has actually kept her mouth shut about our little blow up at the most telling others "oh, we are just at war." I don't think the bitch understands the war is all over. That little episode was the bomb on Hiroshima. The war is over.
I told the boss yesterday about what happened in all its detail even the expletives. He was surprised, as most folk at work have been, because I really manage to keep pretty calm most the time. I told him I'm done dealing with her. There is no reason why all of us should have to walk on eggshells around this bitch especially when she can't even cook very well, refuses to do thing that are part of her job, and is generally an unpleasant person.
He said if I can find a replacement, which is not as easy as it sounds, we could get rid of her. I also have to keep this somewhat quiet, as the "manager" is not involved. As by doing this I become one step closer to taking her job.
It's like a two for one.
The best part is I let these folks have enough rope to hang themselves and they did.
