I have a squeak

I have a squeak in my lungs. No, seriously. My breathing sounds fine when I'm breathing normally, but when I inhale deeply, right at the end of the inhaling, there's a soft squeaking sound. Not like a mouse squeak. Longer, just a little deeper. More like a very soft door squeak, except that's not quite the right sound, either.

I don't really feel congested. Just a little bit of a stuffy nose, but no more than normal, and I can still breathe through my nose just fine. I'm not in any kind of discomfort, either. Huh.
