So much has happened since I last wrote. Here's the short version:

- I went on a rollercoaster for the first time at Six Flags. I went on two wooden ones, a small regular one, and Pandamonium (which has seperate cars for four people and spins while it's doing all the twists and turns). I also got to meet Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, and The Green Lantern. I met Andrew's friend from college, Marina, who is a sweetheart (not what I was expecting considering she's best friends with Tracey, the girl who broke his heart). I also went to a waterpark for the first time ever and had a great time, even though my tube flipped over in the lazy river.

- I went to my first ever concert with Emily, Joe (her boyfriend), and Andrew on July 13. We saw Daughtry, Staind, and NICKELBACK!!!! Daughtry was great and Staind was good (they weren't as good as Daughtry because they didn't really work the crowd). But Nickelback...there are no words to describe how amazing it was. They were filming their video for Rockstar, which I just saw this morning. At the end when the crowd screams "I wanna be a rockstar!", my voice is somewhere in there (we were like 60 rows back so you can't see us unfortunatly). Even the fact that we got a flat tire on the way home didn't ruin the night.

- I read Harry Potter 7 in 12 hours. It was, in short, amazing. I even read it again, and it was better the second time. Albus Severus was a little cheesy, but all in all I loved it.

- I spent last Saturday in Boston with Emily and Andrew for my "birthday" (since both Andrew and I will be in Pennsylvania for my actual birthday). It was so much fun. We window shopped on Newbury Street, ate lunch in the new Hard Rock Cafe (they even told the waitress it was my birthday so I got free ice cream and everybody in the resturant shouted "HAPPY BIRTHDAY HANNAH" to me), took the subway to the Science Museum, and watched a street performer named Dave juggle knieves while hanging upside down. It was my best birthday ever.

- Andrew and I finally talked. I'm not putting in all the details but long story short is that he knows I still have feelings for him and he still has some for me. But nothing is going to happen. And for the first time, I'm okay with that. We did kiss (okay, well more than just kissed) when I said goodbye to him on Wednesday. Probably wasn't the best thing to do, but it felt like closure. It's not happening again, so he says. I don't know. Maybe it will, maybe it won't. But I know I'm going to be okay. And the best part is, he's still my best friend. He's seen me at my best. He helped me get through my worse. And no matter what, he's still by my side. We can speak to each other with glances and know what the other is thinking. I'm sad I won't see him until December, but talking on a regular basis will be enough.

- I move in to my dorm in less than two weeks. I started packing. The next chapter of my life is about to begin. And though I didn't think I could, I'm ready to face it. I can't wait to see what happens next.
