(no subject)
I am typing this entry on my brand new Macbook!
It's the cutest computer ever. It's small, but not tiny. And I will defintely be able to transport it to the library or classroom if I need to this fall.
Speaking of this fall, I went down to PSU last week and got my courses, they are as follows:
Healthful Living M W F
Introduction to Western Music M W F
Freshman Seminar F
Easy Biology (it has a real name but that's what everyone calls it) T R
Beginning Class Guitar (for non-music majors) T
Composition and Rhetoric T R
It's a pretty good schedule. The only sucky classes I have are my biology one which starts at 8 and then my English class which is a night class. But it's the only time I could fit them in so whatever. I need to take them. I'm most excited for the guitar class.
This is going to be a busy week. Tonight I'm sleeping over at Emily's. Then tomorrow we're going to Six Flags with Andrew, Andrew's cousin, and one of Andrew's friends from college who lives in Lexington. Em and I are kinda iffy about the friend because she is Tracey's best friend and Tracey is the girl who broke his heart. But whatever. It'll be fun anyway.
Thursday is Kid's Day with Emily and Laura, maybe Andrew if he feels up to it after work. Then Friday is NICKELBACK!!!!! Ahhhhh! I'm so excited! Then on Saturday Emily and I are going to Kid's Day again and Andrew will join us after he's done with work.
I'm so excited for college, but it's becoming more clear to me every day how much I will miss my best friends. Emily and I have been pretty much insperable since freshman year. And Andrew comes to see me every single time he comes home, which is four times during the school year. I know I'll be coming to see them at Christmas and during the summer but still. Thank God for cell phones and AIM!
