Dude, I have a serious conclusion.

Okay, we all know I am a bit obsessed with various sci-fi and fanstasy books/movies/tv shows. Right, maybe "bit" is the wrong adjective. They've totally taken over my brain. In a sort of "haha, we rule your thoughts" kind of way ( Read more... )

lmao. Dude, I know how you feel. It's so hard for me to adjust to non-scifi fics. I just expect that evil alien to jump and rip a un-needed character limb from limb.

Real-life like stories bore me. Unless there's angst! That perks me up. ::smile::

The sad thing is, I used to be really okay with 'normal' fiction and stuff, but now, it's like, "damn, can't you just eat her brain, Heathcliff?" Yes, "Whuthering Heights" annoyed me for precislely that reason. Along with several other reasons, most notably that it drove me insane.

Angst perks me up, in fandoms where it's not canonical. I mean, a bit of, say, McKay angst is good, but X-Files angst drives me mad. The characters already suffer enough in canon!

::laughs:: X-Files angst = not always a good thing. Mulder needs some unadultered fluff and love!

Heathcliff eating her brain? OMG! That was so funny.

See, and this is why I fled the X- Files canon/fandom. It's so...deep, and depressing. Even if it does have the pretty. Huh, maybe I should hunt down the fluffy X-Files fics that are out there, and shamelessly whore them to everyone. Sounds good.

Yes, and on an even lighter note, Zombie!Heathcliff is the only way to get through that book.

Ah, many apologies about the X-Files fiasco. ::pets:: What's your favorite pairing?

Zombie!Heathcliff is an awesome characters as well knifewielding!Heathcliff. You see there's this clone and he takes over the marshes/morrs and cause terror and panic. Or maybe I read the wrong book. ::grin::

Ah, X- Files. How deep and meaningful my love for thee used to be. I'm such a sucker for Krycek, and so anything that's got him in (which is an astounding amount of the slash and het out there. really, like, damn.)

Oh, the wrong version sounds so right. Zombie!Heathcliff. Yes, so awesome.

Krycek is my sekrit love. Hehe. I never did get into X-Files slash all that much. I prefered fanart when it came to that particular fandom.

Wrong version is teh best ever. ::snerk:: You should bring that up if you ever discuss it.
