Halloween Picspam
So, I may be a little late, but I finally have time to sit down and share my Halloween with you all. :D
We did end up going to Santa Cruz for their annual street fair, and while it was fun, it was also a little overrated. The whole of downtown gets blocked off, and basically you spend your time walking back and forth looking at all the costumes. All of the stores were closed, but there were some bars open. I guess the whole point of it is that you're supposed to enjoy it more if you're drunk or high. I wish they had some activities available for those of us who were sober, though.
There were some awesome costumes, however. At one point a group of Wolverines randomly met up and started rocking out together. The same thing happened with a group of Spartan's, lol. I witnessed Darth Maul battle it out with a Guitar Hero. There was a guy that dressed up as Britney Spears from her horrid VMA performance. And there was also a guy who dressed up as Kelly. The only thing that bugged me were the gaggling groups of girls running around in a bra, underwear, fishnets, heels, and kitty ears. I wanted to scream at them that what they were wearing wasn't Halloween attire, it was bedroom attire! >_<
After a few hours we decided to hit Denny's for a late night snack, which was a different kind of fun all in itself. Anyway, onto the pictures! Enjoy!
