I overslept this morning. I remember my alarm clock going off and hitting the snooze button. The next thing I know I'm waking up and wondering why it's so bright outside. It was 7:25. I normally leave at 7:00. I flew out of bed, threw on some clothes, and headed out the door. I called my boss on the way to let her know I would be late. Everything was fine, but I still feel like shit. I think this is mainly due to the fact that I didn't have time to shower this morning. I feel gross and all I want to do is go home and start the first season of Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Only three more hours.
My belly dance class had our recital this past weekend. It was awesome, and everyone did a fabulous job! I really like how my performance came together. This was my first time choreographing and preforming my own piece. I was a bit nervous, but I think it went great. I'm so proud of myself! I should have video and pictures to share with everyone soon. We all chipped in and hired a professional dance photographer for the show, so I know the pictures will be stunning! My apartment has finally come together. On Saturday I got an old couch from Alex's parents. It's a nice brown leather number, and it really completes the room. I finally have a place for guests to sit, and now we can have movie nights! Wohoo! Oh, and I also set up a twitter account. Mainly to stalk certain celebrities. Oh, Zachary Levi, how is it that you can make my loins quiver simply through text? That is quite the power you have, good sir.
