It is absolutely pouring rain throughout the Bay Area right now. There's been, get this, a freaking TORANDO WARNING issued throughout the San Mateo county. What the hell? This is California! We're not supposed to get those out here.
I was talking to Alex over FB chat and he was saying that the weather was horrible in Half Moon Bay. He was jokingly referring to it as the End of Days. A few minutes ago he messaged me that he had to call the fire department to his house. One of the walls started smoking, and the firemen had to tear down a wall in order to get to the problem, which was apparently an electrical short. Everything's fine now, but holy shit. D:
It's supposed to keep storming pretty badly over the weekend. God dammit. Of all the weekends, it has to be the weekend that I move. I don't mind getting dirty and wet, it's just going to be a pain in the ass.
