busiest week in recent memory; my body hates me. (4th of July, dance short, wedding work)
This week has been unreal.

Don't worry babe! I know it was a long post and I don't update as frequently anymore. I don't know what was up with the fight, I just got frustrated because he accused me of blowing off his friends and I never, ever have. "My family, then," he said, and of course I blow off his family because his mom makes me SUPER fucking uncomfortable, she is such a bitch and a miserable human being, I literally cannot comprehend. So no, I don't subject myself to that if I can help it. I don't blow them off for big occasions, but if she randomly invites us over for dinner we tend not to go. And it was a stupid fight because he doesn't like her either.
And then back to the friend thing, he brought up some party he took me to and I was like, "You mean the party where I was talking to all of your friends that I didn't know, making an effort, and you were sitting on the couch playing with a fucking Rubik's cube?" Like it bothered me then, and those were his friends. Of course it bothers me when he doesn't make an effort to get to know my friends, they're good people. I asked Teresa if she thought he was being lame or if I was just being over-sensitive, because I know she'd tell me the truth, and she told me to just bring him over and actively inject him into a conversation and see if that made a difference. So I told him Tree wanted to get to meet him a little bit, and she mentioned how she just did work in Tanzania and he was like, "I shot a movie in Tanzania!" and then they just talked all about Tanzania and its in-jokes and everything and it's like... he doesn't even know what kinds of things he could have in common with these people. He assumes we just sat and talked about high school the entire time and we literally did not at all. LOL wow, looks like there was more I needed to vent about haha. Sorry! ♥
