on the street i live on...there is a large-ish circle of grass & a bench. its public property and no one would kick you out of there...if you want more info on that i can give it to you, but i dont wanna post pretty much my address on here.

I would suggest my house. I live near RIT, and I have a nice backyard, and a huge greenspace behind that.

Downstairs is a little crowded because we are getting ready for a garage sale. But other than that, we have a lot of room.
