Weekend Recap
Friday night - worked, of course. But it was a fairly quiet night, which was cool. All other days that week were not so quiet.
Saturday - Mom's birthday party. I only made her cry twice, darn it. I think she kind of knew about it, but she denied knowing. She loved her cake, which I put her baby picture on. By baby picture, I mean the first picture ever taken of her. It turned out great. I got to see a few relatives that I never get to see. Unfortunately, I found out my great Aunt has cancer. I didn't even know it until she showed up without any hair. :( She had a great time though, as did everyone else.
Sunday - Went to Renn Fest with a friend. It was fun, though I sucked at just about everything, hehe. We tried throwing axes, but speaking for myself, they were way too heavy. Then we tested our skills with archery - did a little better there. Had a hella good baked potato with all the fixins, and ice cream in a cantalope. They have the BEST food at Renn Fest. Watched a few shows, then headed home. I had an awesome time!!
