Yes, thank you! I think it's mostly written by shy things who haven't actually experienced sex. They got their vision of sex from porn/erotica writing/comics and can't bring themselves to see it in anything but their ultra-idealized way. Personally, I love a well-placed 'cock'. I don't know, either. Sex is fascinating to them, or their fantasy is just so romantic they want it for themselves, but actually communicating or talking about sex is just too embarrassing, even on the internet, where nobody even knows who the hell you are, only what you choose to tell them. They never learned how to talk with these words, so they don't know how to use them.

One confession here: I lack at sex vocabulary in Romanian. There are terms that sound ewww in Romanian. So I guess I'd have problems writing/talking about it as freely. But I'd never resort to ridiculous metaphors!
