tabloid story

Oh yes. I read tabloids on line. It's because I HAVE to know who's cheating on whom among local celebrities and whose cellulite is showing the most. Today I read a story that fits so well my LJ tag "only-in-Romania" that I had to post about it. It's about a Romanian porn star (hahaha, I know what you're thinking!) who made it big in the industry in ( Read more... )

First, someone should set on fire the newspaper|s offices, with the oh so great journalists in them, because they breached her right to privacy, now everyone should know about what that woman did, and what her husband did... But being Romania, I wouldn't be surprised if the "source" is the woman herself and her popularity (as well as money) with sky rocket.

Second, the great journalists, at the end of the article, bragging and self-praising about how they dug up such an "amazing" story.

Third, what a bunch of idiots that went at night at the border between counties to light candles there. They don't say in the article if she went there too, and I think only the relatives went and "exorcised" her.

Fourth, such stuff makes me like the king in the story, that cried with one eye and with the other laughed. It's really, really sad that such stuff still exists, such behavior and mentalities - these are the people who elect presidents and parliaments. And even more sad is that such newspapers and articles have such a large audience.

Fifth - I'm too sore from laughing to be able to add anything more.

Same here: the article made me laugh and saddened me at the same time. Both reactions at the absurdity of the story. You might be right with the story source being the ex-porn star. The presentation she gets is a glorifying one: the "Oscars" of porn, the "queen" of DP and all. And now she's all morally reformed, ready to become a kindergarden teacher or something.

And the part with "the poor guy" who got kicked out by the mother in law under the accusations that he was cheating on the porn star, amused me to no end. Like he would have stayed like a monk all that time, there, without the wife, especially knowing that she was doing the job she was doing.

I guess the porn money were exorcised through real estate investments so they became clean too. What's important is that now the happy family composed of the ex-queen of anal DP and her prodigal husband, now faithful turned into the careful investor of the porn money, is going to church every Sunday. All is well when it ends well!
