(no subject)
this year was my first official valentines day with a boyfriend. Of course, I made a mission out of making it perfect. So what if Micah had to end up working...I would overcome this! But of course, despite my efforts, it ended up being a day full of mishaps (a hilarious but sometimes embarrassing Cassandra & Micah tradition)
So!
Micah couldn't work, so we had to do valentines day after he got off around 11pm. I had the day off, so I cleaned up his room, bought 5 or 6 vinyl records (hes become recently obsessed) and laid them all out on the bed, along with assorted chocolates and cherry vanilla dr pepper. It was really cute, if I do say so myself. Ein helped a bit.
So Micah gets home and gives me a vase of flowers. But wait...both of his other roommates have girlfriends too..and they all bought..FLOWERS! So we can't figure out which one is mine. ok, thats cool.. But then my real present was hiding in the garage...it was a huge 50 lb bag of....DOG FOOD!

To make up for the dog food, I also got chicken run & homeward bound on dvd. yay! ok, so valentines day didnt turn out so bad after all. we both got great presents..ate chocolate..everything was great..
except the part where I accidentally let out a little toot in front of Micah for the first time and he laughed uncontrollably for 15 minutes while I tried to hide my embarrassment.
