I wasn't aware either. But between that and my lack of knowledge about what pecan pie tastes like, I've apparently offended Jasper deeply.

Pecan pie sounds gross. I'm guessing it tastes like pecans.

Um, I'm not sure, he just wants to go somewhere with me before I start at the Academy, since I'll apparently be practically locked in there for like ten years.
