What, are they going to discover the yellow brick road and go merrily tromping off to the Emerald City? Come on, Lost writers, give us a little credit here.
For those of you who didn't injest Wizard of Oz books like they were air when younger: Henry Gale is Dorothy's uncle, the Wizard arrives for the first time in Oz via balloon, and in Ozma of Oz Dorothy is ship-wrecked as she and her Uncle Henry are on their way to Australia. That man was a BIG FAT LIAR!!!!
Sorry, just had the intense need to shake just about everyone in the episode. And what was up with the Hurley hoarding storyline? That doesn't seem very in character and I know they want to keep on coming up with reasons for why he's not shedding the pounds, but come on guys, that's just not on.
Oh, and Clancy Brown is the coolest. He is practically evil incarnate (and if you watched Carnivale you would know that he's done that, too). Know what's funny? He does the voice of Mr. Krabs on Spongebob Squarepants. How cracked out is that?
And I really liked Sayid's backstory. So the evil, ev0l CIA turned him into a torturer, huh? That's very ... interesting.
