Would you believe that despite teh number of recordings I've had over the years, I've never actually listened to the whole of Beethoven's Ninth Symphony? Nearly finished the Finale. Maybe 50 bars or so to go... but for a large orchestra, that will be time-consuming. Oh well, I have a few days off next week (thank GOD!) and I will have it finished by International Music Day on Saturday.
