Yet more chocolate for earthquake relief: this time, help Chile!

Mar 02, 2010 23:09

(And I *really* hope this year doesn't get a major earthquake every two months.)

The last Chocolates for Charity event was a huge success, and since the government of Chile has declared that it really *does* need outside help after all, I'll be running another chocolate fundraiser. (I need to talk to the other half of the household finances before we decide whether this will be an all-proceeds or all-proceeds-after-ingredients-cost fundraiser.)

The last one wiped me out for a month, though, so I'm likely to be a little more constrained this time.
I will be doing truffles and bars only, and no flavors with orders of less than 6 bars. If you have a strong opinion about a flavor you'd like to see, please comment so others have an idea of what the interest level is.

Trufflewise, I will be doing at least one and maybe all three of: mint chocolate chip (mint-flavored white chocolate ganache with minature chocolate chips, dipped in dark chocolate); white chocolate rose; white chocolate sage. Just because I want to. ;) I will also do milk and/or dark chocolate flavors, but maybe only one of each.

Chocolates will be made over the next two weeks, and I may cap the orders if I think I will be overwhelmed. I will post a list of flavors in a few days, along with the available bars I have on hand.
