Thank you for the information. Lilithmon may be using an aliasing mechanism that allows her to project herself to these places. If one can find the source of the projection, either through tracking the signal or triangulation if the signal was bounced, one may be able to find Lilithmon herself.

It's worth a thought if this happens again, at any rate.

As a scientist I'm reluctant to go this route, but... perhaps this is some kind of digital world mysticism at work...
