My favourite part of last night
We went to my parent's place briefly last night.
Got in the door, was talking to my parents and my nephew comes running out.
Tia! - Joyfully exclaimed
(throws himself into my arms and snuggles in for a really emphatic hug)
I missed you! I haven't seen you for soooooo long and I missed Loong Michael but I missed you more.
That made me smile. He's such a gorgeous kid and he's so good as a balm on my soul.
My sister came up and gave me a hug. And we have the following conversation:
L: So why'd you send that message out to everyone the other day?
M: Cause I wanted people to know I love them and care about them.
L: Are you sick?
M: No
L: Are you pregnant?
M: No!
L: Are you moving away?
M: No
L: Do you have cancer?
M: o_O
L: Are you dying?
M: NO!!!
D: (to my sister) You're about to in a minute
My nephew cracks up laughing. I thought my conversations with Doof were bad. My conversations with my family are even more insane.
