Random Thoughts (and Paley Fest love <3 )
[*] I've started back into my routine of going for a good length walk every day. Sunday I walked for a total of 2 hours, yesterday for half an hour, today an hour. :) I'm also concentrating harder on not dragging my left foot (as I've manage to wear a hole in my favourite pair of Merrell shoes in under 6 months).
[*] I'm really hoping that the neurologist I'll be seeing in less than a week will be able to help with my ability to walk more normally. Also, having options to lessen my back pain would be a good thing.

I'm still smiling from all the goodies to be had from PaleyFest and that moment was one of my favourites (especially when combined with Ian's comeback about all the women in his life torturing him and the VERY pointed look he gave Nina - TEE HEE)
I'm so glad that the whole cast seems so close and friendly and respectful of each other. You can really see how well they get along with their good-natured ribbing etc. I would so love to go to Atlanta and get to watch them work. Matt Davis and Ian and Paul all had me in stitches. Ian subtly correcting Paul when he said there was only 1 Salvatore ring was great as was Paul pretending not to have any idea what 'casting couch' meant. Another LMAO moment was Candice's comeback of "Make it up to them. Take your shirt off!" after Ian joked that no one watches the show. I also very much enjoyed Candice flirting with Kat about her being 'a little hot'. Kat's reaction just made it that much more funny.
And speaking of Candice, I thought her outfit was awesome and unique but to each their own opinions. Here's the other picture that I'm stuck on from PaleyFest:
I love Nina's hair and how adorable she looks wearing Ian's jacket and Candice's sweet smile. :)
[*] Stuff to look forward to this week - New TVD episode and a TVD Marathon at my place on Saturday with skylar_d3 and goldy_dollar . I've already started planning the munchies I'm going to make :)
[*] I'm still working on my Elena meta, and have several other ideas for posts I want to do. I am trying to balance how much time I spend sitting at my computers versus being up and doing physical activities.
[*] There's been an offer on my Dad's house. We will hear tomorrow evening whether it's been sold or not. This brings up many feelings for me, but the strongest at the moment is a renewed sense of loss that the house that holds my most recent memories of Mom will be gone.
