I just produced another two-page paper this afternoon. I feel like a machine. A typing, wordsmithing machine.
Ok, it's almost pathetic to be so proud considering I take one measley class at a time and my collegiate friends complete two or more of those in a single night. So far this adult learning model has been cake for me and I'm getting work done early; it's pretty sweet. Then again, it's Week Two and I'm sure it only gets harder. Yipee.
My free time remains not-so-free, however, as I have been packing so that I can move into my *new apartment* that becomes official sometime before the first of December. This is surreal, scary, and completely awesome all rolled into one. Fabulous.
My sister and her husband are hopefully planning to go see it with me tonight. Kara joined me as we christened it this past weekend with a Taco Bell feast. She was cute and held up her chalupa and I held up my hard-shell taco and we did a taco toast.
My brain is a little fried, hence the rambling.
I'm going to England in 29 days to see Nick at Christmas and for New Years. I'm so psyched! I haven't seen him since May!!!
Oh, and I saw a PostSecret today that I wished was for me but I'm 99.9% certain it wasn't. One thing I love about that whole project is that what can be so personally true for one person who thinks they're alone can resound to so many thousands of others. It's powerful.
