Bacon Maple Chocolate Chip Cookies

Definitely needed to change a few things up.  Note do not candy the bacon as long as I did and we need to use actual maple extract for the cookie.  
**Because I'm updating this months after I actually made the cookies, I can't remember exactly what I was suppose to change up. =( **
