Twice in 5 years!
I went to the movie theater tonight to see the movie "Man of God" about the life of St. Nektarios. There was a group of women from church going, but they went to a theater much further away, so as much as it would have been nice to go with them (except for one thing) it was much more convenient not to have to drive an hour to get there.
The movie was really well done. It's not a fast-paced movie, by any stretch of the imagination, and it's beautiful. At the beginning, there are an awful lot of clergy running around and it's sometimes confusing as to who is who, but that was sorted out after a few minutes.
So I've been to the movies twice in five years.
