Tonight I got around to using a Groupon I'd gotten last year for a couple of hours of kayaking and instruction on Lake Michigan. Apparently things were a little choppy on the lake, so the kayaking was moved to the alternate location of the Skokie Lagoons which... was okay, but not exactly what I had in mind.
